Job Description

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to replenish stock
• Communicate with vendors to confirm order details and resolve issues
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and quality complianc
• Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast purchasing needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget constraints.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education:

• Must be college graduate of Business Course
• Open for fresh graduate

Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions.
• Willingness to do fieldwork
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work 6 days in a week
• Willing to be assigned at Makati City
