Assistant Accounting Manager
Responsible for driving overall sales performance across assigned project/s by ensuring sales targets are met, aligning sales strategies and consistent execution of company standards. Leads scaling sales operations, strengthening broker networks and improving conversions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the overall financial operations of the company, including financial reporting and analysis, fund management, payroll processing, tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for financial and tax audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial management functions
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Preferably with external audit experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Proficient in preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP)
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF functions, and Pivot Tables)
- Knowledgeable in financial regulations and compliance requirements (SEC and BIR)
