Production Planning Supervisor

• Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operations of the planning section.
• Forecasting customer demand and working with sales for stocking planning.
• Review Forecast accuracy level and highlight to demand management to improve forecast accuracy level.
• Generate production plan (3 months rolling) to specific area assigned, disseminate and discussed with team for machine, method and manpower preparation.
• Oversees and ensures proper production control planning and scheduling programs to meet sales forecasts and to balance the level of manpower and machine requirements.
• Perform detailed capacity assessments that identify gaps and create plans to optimize performance.
• Work with cross functional teams across the business such sales dept, operations/production, and supply chain.
• Manage inventories and ensure that material resources are consistent with production schedules.
• Drive and maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements
• Examines the process at hand and takes steps for improvement and cost reduction.
• Assists in developing and ensuring the uniform implementation of planning policies and procedures.

II. Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Related Field
• Work Experience
• With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• With at least 2 years experiences in Plastic Molding / Injection Molding industry is advance
