Junior Accountant (Part-Time | 4 Hours/Day)

Job Overview

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Philippine accounting standards.

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including general bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Compute, prepare, and file tax forms in compliance with BIR regulations.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain and update accounting records using Xero, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Ensure compliance with government agencies, including BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF).
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as required.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors or government agencies when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of general bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in Singapore or Philippine market
• Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with payroll processing and Philippine tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Xero, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations and reporting requirements.
