Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- 1–2 years accounting experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage
- Basic understanding of accrual accounting
- Knowledge of CIP, revenue recognition, and project costing is an advantage
- Familiar with BIR compliance and Philippine accounting practices
- Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
General Accounting- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare and record journal entries, including accruals, prepaid amortization, depreciation, and other adjusting entries
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain Construction in Progress (CIP) schedules per project
- Assist in tracking cost vs budget per housing project
- Monitor accounts payable and payment schedules
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging
- Perform internal bank reconciliations
- Reconcile selected internal GL accounts and investigate variances
- Assist in preparation of BIR requirements (VAT/Non-VAT, EWT, withholding taxes)
- Support government compliance and audit requirements as needed
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare basic financial reports and schedules for management
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents
