CRM Campaign Senior Analyst

The primary role is to assist the CRM Campaign Analytics Team Leader to create end-to-end campaign management in CRM Systems such as MoEngage, SAS RTDM (SAS Real Time Decision Maker) and etc.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, create, and execute omnichannel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, email, SMS etc) using MoEngage and SAS RTDM.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as marketing, product, developers to understand the campaign objective.
• Manage audience segmentation and targeting strategies within MoEngage and SAS.
• Perform end to end testing to optimize campaign performance
• Monitoring of end-to-end from campaign execution up to campaign analytics

What You Need To Have:

• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Experience in campaign management
• Experience in SAS or other CRM tools
• Experience with SAS,SAS360, RTDM, Moengage or other similar tools
• Must be amenable working on weekends for campaign monitoring (if needed)
