We are seeking driven and dynamic Call Center Agents who are eager to build a long-term career in Sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are street-smart, ambitious, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You will play a key role in generating opportunities for a growing portfolio of technology solutions across multiple IT domains.

As part of the team, you will be promoting and supporting business development efforts for innovative software solutions, including Cloud Migration, AI/ML, Business Intelligence (BI), Blockchain, Cybersecurity, and Quality Engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects, leads, and target accounts
• Engage potential customers with clear, confident, and persuasive communication
• Introduce and position IT solutions across various domains (Cloud, AI/ML, BI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Quality Engineering)
• Research prospects and gather relevant market intelligence using online tools and platforms
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for sales or business development follow-up
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to support pipeline growth and revenue targets

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls in a target-driven environment
• Tech-curious, with the ability to understand and articulate IT solutions across multiple domains
• Strong internet research and prospecting skills
• Eagerness to transition into or grow within a sales or business development role
• Experience in a call center, lead generation, or outbound sales environment
• Prior exposure to inside sales for the North American market is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
