Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Officer to lead the site sourcing and acquisition efforts for our growing network of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs). This role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential locations that align with our brand’s expansion strategy and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate prospective sites for new QSR outlets based on demographic data, footfall, visibility, accessibility, and competition analysis.
  • Conduct market and trade area research to understand local consumer behavior, traffic flow, and location trends.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential locations in targeted expansion areas.
  • Liaise with landlords, property agents, developers, and local authorities to negotiate lease terms and secure optimal commercial spaces.
  • Conduct initial site inspections and prepare site feasibility reports including SWOT analysis and financial viability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Legal, and Construction to assess site readiness and finalize approvals.
  • Track leasing timelines, documentation, and legal compliance to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Monitor competitor locations and stay updated on market trends and real estate developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field (add such as real estate brokerage).
  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate site sourcing, preferably in the QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, lease agreements, and property evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and meet aggressive timelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Maps, and basic GIS tools; experience with real estate CRM or mapping software is a plus.
