About the role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team at Pacifica Homes Development Corporation. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors.This is a full-time position based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office.
What you'll be doing- Process and record accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, including preparing and issuing payments
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
- Provide support and guidance to the wider finance team as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and vendors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounts payable best practices and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday- Onsite
Friday: Work-From-Home
