Customer Service Expert (Voice / Onsite in Lipa)

At iCXeed Philippines Inc., we are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. We’re looking for a Customer Service Expert (Voice) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers—providing assistance, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Provide detailed information about tutoring programmes (English and Mathematics)
• Explain assessment processes, class formats (in-centre and online), and structures
• Address concerns and build trust with parents
• Ensure a welcoming, supportive, and professional interaction at all times
• Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Empathy and patience when dealing with parents and students
• Ability to confidently explain services and processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrencies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Nice-To-Have:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in contact centre or front desk environments is an advantage
• Experience using Amazon Connect is a plus
