Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks (patching, painting, installations, etc.)
• Conduct regular facility inspections to uphold safety and efficiency standards
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary
• Assist with office fit outs and workspace rearrangements (e.g., moving desks, installing shelves or fixtures)
• Respond promptly to staff maintenance requests
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
• Support overall health and safety compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building, construction, or general trades/maintenance
• Proactive mindset with a “preventive maintenance” approach
• Competence in using handheld power tools
• General knowledge in minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Basic computer literacy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and completing manual tasks
• Flexibility to assist with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to a supportive team environment
• Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
