- Nueva Vizcaya | Hybrid Setup (Online & Face-to-Face)
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and assist in seminars, trainings, and webinars
- Handle participant inquiries and email concerns
- Prepare and upload PRC CPD program requirements
- Coordinate venues, suppliers, and food arrangements
- Create posters, presentations, and short video content
- Set up and manage Zoom meetings/webinars
- Assist in marketing, administrative tasks, and finance-related tasks
- Serve as host/emcee during online and onsite events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 1 year experience in administrative tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, and AI tools
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup with travel for seminars/events
- Nueva Vizcaya based
