  • Nueva Vizcaya | Hybrid Setup (Online & Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and assist in seminars, trainings, and webinars
  • Handle participant inquiries and email concerns
  • Prepare and upload PRC CPD program requirements
  • Coordinate venues, suppliers, and food arrangements
  • Create posters, presentations, and short video content
  • Set up and manage Zoom meetings/webinars
  • Assist in marketing, administrative tasks, and finance-related tasks
  • Serve as host/emcee during online and onsite events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Zoom, Google Workspace, and AI tools
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup with travel for seminars/events
  • Nueva Vizcaya based
