About the job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function within the healthcare and hospital billing environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Quality leadership, data-driven decision‑making, and a proven ability to build and scale quality frameworks from the ground up.

This role requires expertise in QA governance, process improvement, and collaboration with global stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead multiple QA teams and oversee governance, audits, and calibration.
  • Build quality frameworks, KPIs, audit standards, and QA procedures.
  • Drive process improvements using RCA, FMEA, VOC analysis, and CI methodologies.
  • Utilize statistical sampling and quality measurement tools.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Provide training and coaching based on quality insights.
  • Work with QA platforms such as NICSA, Verint, Calabrio, and EPIC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate with 6–10 years in Quality; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in QA governance and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams.
  • LSS Green Belt preferred.
  • Knowledge of hospital billing and EPIC platform.

Desirable:

  • Six Sigma certified from a reputed company/certifier.
  • Experience in revenue cycle management industry.
