Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati for the role of Sales Manager .
In this role, will be tasked with selling the Banks cash management solutions to the appropriate target customers in close coordination with CBG Relationship Managers, RBG Regional Heads, Division Heads, and Store Managers/Sales Officers.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, tools, and market insights to support CBG Relationship Managers and RBG Business Managers/Sales Officers in achieving cash management goals.
- Promote and drive adoption of assigned cash management products, monitoring performance metrics such as throughput, CASA ADB/Float, and income by marketing unit.
- Generate demand through client diagnostics, solution-based selling, and preparation of proposals in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Sales Officers.
- Deliver client presentations, conduct internal seminars, and represent the Bank in functions related to cash management.
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and coordinate with Product Management for enhancements based on proven business models.
- Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy or Banking
- 12 years of relevant marketing experience
- Solid technical knowledge in banking, corporate finance, financial products, and business development strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various units of the Bank.
