Responsible for searching social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to gain qualified candidates for assigned open jobs, mostly technical job vacancies. You will also screen these candidates and endorse them to the appropriate manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with department managers and other company stakeholders in identifying job opportunities in the organization.
  • Create job descriptions, requirements, qualifications, and posting it on different job boards available.
  • Use other networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to gather referrals for qualified candidates.
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment tasks including: (1) Paper screening and phone screening of applicants (2) Scheduling interview appointments for in-person/online interviews (3) Prepare testing/exam instrument and administering tests and screening
  • Coordinate with Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Checking the completeness and authenticity of candidate’s requirement.
  • Prepares contracts and assists in maintaining the required documentation.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding.
  • Compose, maintain, and keep record of necessary document and reports as needed.
  • Maintain, develop recruitment documentation, and best practices. Update the process based on the latest progress in the industry.
  • Help Human Resources Department in other activities during non-recruitment season.
  • Perform other related task as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably with Technical Recruiter experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume database.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and other job portals search)
  • Willing to work in mid shift, occasional night shift and holidays.
