Position Overview:As a Sales Development Representative at CoDev, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. This role combines a cutting-edge tech stack, proactive outreach strategies, and regular coaching to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound tools.
- Outreach: Craft and deliver personalized, high-quality messaging via email, phone, and social media to initiate contact and build interest.
- Qualification: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, qualify them against our ideal customer profile, and determine if there’s a mutual fit.
- Scheduling Meetings: Secure appointments for Account Executives with qualified prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to share insights and improve messaging, processes, and lead generation strategies.
- Weekly Updates & Coaching: Participate in regular check-ins to track progress, receive coaching, and refine outreach approaches.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2+ year(s) of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred (but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Experience with outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, or Outreach.io) is a bonus.
