We are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate will assist users by troubleshooting technical issues, providing product-related guidance, and ensuring a seamless support experience for our Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT support roles (1–3 years minimum)
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
Familiarity with networking basics, hardware setups, and software troubleshooting

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
