Overseeing an organization's technology strategy and operations, managing technical teams, ensuring system reliability, and aligning technology with business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading projects, managing infrastructure and security, mentoring staff, and staying current with tech advancements to drive innovation and efficiency

• Graduate of a vocational course or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology major in HVACR, Industrial Technology, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with at atleast 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead tachnician role
• TESDA NC II/NC III in refrigeration and Air Conditioning is preffered
• Knowledge of local mechanical, electrical and safety protocols
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary
