• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of solid experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
• Experience managing multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Specialist knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and website performance metrics
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic SEO principles.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent creative tools.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in healthcare, health technology, pharmaceutical, or wellness industries is an advantage, with an understanding of compliant healthcare marketing and patient-focused communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's marketing calendar.
• Write compelling captions and coordinate the production of graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries across social media platforms.
• Foster meaningful engagement while maintaining the company's brand voice.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, and monitor campaign performance.
• Track key metrics including Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
• Recommend optimizations based on campaign results.

• Update website content, landing pages, blogs, banners, and promotional materials through the company's CMS.
• Implement basic on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, image optimization, and internal linking.
• Support website content improvements to enhance user experience and search visibility.

• Monitor website and social media performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Assist in measuring campaign effectiveness against marketing objectives.

• Work closely with the Marketing Division Head, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Product, Sales, and Healthcare teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors as required.
