Key Responsibilities
OD & Learning Strategy Integration- Translate enterprise OD and learning strategies into integrated program designs
- Ensure organizational values and ethical leadership principles are embedded into all learning and OD solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to align interventions with business and cultural priorities
- Lead and conduct organizational development and learning consulting engagements, including structured consulting conversations with business and functional leaders to diagnose challenges, surface root causes, and co-design solutions
- Facilitate high-impact leadership and OD sessions, modeling strong facilitation presence, ethical leadership, and values-driven dialogue appropriate for senior and people leader audiences
- Design, manage, and continuously improve Leader Orientation programs, ensuring leaders are effectively onboarded to the organization’s culture, leadership expectations, values, and strategic priorities
- Oversee and govern ADDIE execution across multiple learning and OD programs
- Review and approve designs, content, facilitation plans, and evaluation frameworks
- Ensure consistency with learning architecture, design standards, and OD methodologies
- Lead complex, multi-stream programs with enterprise or geo-wide impact
- Manage risks, interdependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
- Ensure delivery meets quality, impact, and governance standards
- Coach and develop Managers on instructional design, facilitation, consulting skills, and ethical leadership
- Set clear expectations for integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Role-model ethical decision-making and values-driven leadership
- Design and oversee evaluation strategies to measure effectiveness and behavioral impact
- Analyze data to generate insights and recommend improvements
- Partner with leaders to interpret outcomes and support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and information security requirements
- Embed controls, documentation standards, and data privacy practices across programs
Ethical Leadership & Integrity
- Demonstrates sound ethical judgment and integrity in decisions and actions
- Actively embeds organizational values and ethical standards into learning and OD initiatives
- Role-models professionalism, accountability, and responsible leadership
- Leads structured OD and learning consulting engagements, including diagnostic conversations with business and functional leaders
- Demonstrates the ability to surface root causes, reframe problems, and co-design solutions with stakeholders
- Builds credibility and trust through thoughtful inquiry, sound judgment, and evidence-based recommendations
- Facilitates high-impact leadership, OD, and orientation sessions with confidence, presence, and credibility
- Designs and manages leader orientation experiences that effectively onboard leaders to organizational culture, values, strategic priorities, and leadership expectations
- Ensures facilitation and leader orientation experiences are engaging, relevant, and aligned with enterprise OD and leadership standards
- Ensures disciplined and consistent application of the ADDIE framework
- Challenges learning designs and evaluations to improve rigor and impact
- Coaches Managers to strengthen instructional quality
- Blends OD diagnostics with structured learning solutions
- Designs interventions that address behavioral, cultural, and capability gaps
- Leads complex programs with enterprise or geo-wide scope
- Manages interdependencies, risks, priorities, and stakeholder expectations across initiatives
- Ensures delivery meets quality, impact, and governance standards
- Uses data and evaluation results to assess effectiveness, inform decisions, and improve program outcomes
- Synthesizes insights for leaders and stakeholders to support action and investment decisions
- Drives continuous improvement through evidence-based recommendations
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–9 years total experience in Learning & Development / OD
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- College graduate (field not restrictive as long as experience is relevant)
- Strong background in learning design and OD, particularly leadership development and soft skills
- Certification is a plus, but not required; demonstrated experience is prioritized
Must Have Competencies:
- Proven capability to govern the full training lifecycle (ADDIE) at scale
- Strong learning design discipline and process orientation
- Ability to work at a strategic OD level, not purely technical or process training
- Experience engaging senior leaders and executives
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid work setup
- Mid‑shift (approx. 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) with flexibility to support night shift if required
