Learning and Development Partner
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our dynamic POD team. This individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and scaling learning and development initiatives that support our team members growth and align with the company's strategic goals.
As an L&D Partner, you will focus on identifying capability gaps, developing targeted learning programs, and supporting a culture of continuous learning across our PH sites. Your work will directly impact the development, engagement, and success of our growing workforce.Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
24 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or training design
Strong background in delivering learning programs for adult learners
Exposure to leadership development and technical capability training is a plus
Solid understanding of learning design models (e.g., ADDIE, Agile, Kirkpatrick, or similar)
Effective presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Google Suite, and comfortable navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS)
