The Opportunity
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own our creative execution, Amazon listings and customer communication. This is not a passive role, as you will be expected to drive outcomes, manage designers, and ensure our listings are always improving and converting at a high level.
What You'll Own
Customer Messaging- Manage all customer messages (~10 per week)
- Maintain 100% response rate within 24 hours
- Respond with clear, helpful, and brand-aligned communication
- Identify patterns and flag recurring issues
- Own a content calendar across ~60 core listings
- Systematically refresh listings (images, titles, bullets, A+ content)
- Ensure all listings are retail-ready at all times
- Prioritize updates based on impact
- Coordinate images with designers
- Write or generate optimized copy
- Ensure listings are polished and conversion-ready before launch
- Manage 2 graphic designers
- Maximize output, speed, and quality
- Provide clear direction, briefs, and feedback
- Ensure all creative aligns with high-converting Amazon standards
- Submit cases and resolve issues
- Merge listings and fix duplicates
- Update categories and backend attributes
- Troubleshoot listing problems
- Write or oversee listing copy using SEO best practices
- Use AI tools to generate and refine content
- Run A/B tests on titles, images, and content
- Continuously improve conversion rates
- Work with PPC buyer to implement the most impactful keywords
What Success Looks Like
You will be measured on:
- Number of listings refreshed and retail-ready
- Customer response time (100% within 24 hours)
- Improvement in conversion rates
- Speed and quality of new listing launches
- Output and efficiency of the design team
- Speed to fix problems with listing
- Experienced with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong operator who can both think and execute
- Comfortable managing designers and creative workflows
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for good design (U.S market taste)
- Skilled in or comfortable with AI-assisted copywriting
- Highly organized and able to manage many moving pieces
- Scrappy, proactive, and accountable

- Remote or work-from-home arrangement
- Time Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST or equivalent to 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT
- Salary - depending on the qualifications
