Inventory Clerk
About the role
As an Inventory Clerk (Variance) at Philippine Wine Merchants', you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for our extensive wine collection. This full-time position is based in our Pasay City office, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and passionate team in the wine industry.
What you'll be doing- Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Update inventory records in our database in a timely and precise manner
- Assist with the receiving and storage of new wine deliveries
- Liaise with the sales team to provide accurate inventory information
- Identify discrepancies and work with management to resolve any issues
- Support the wider administrative team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience working in an inventory or stock management role, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office suite
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- A keen interest in the wine industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service
