Account Manager - ERP Solutions

As an Account Manager for ERP solutions, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling ERP products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and align them with our ERP solutions to maximize value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product Development) to ensure seamless implementation and support of ERP solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in ERP software sales or related industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions and their application in different business environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
