Accounting Officer

The Role:

We are looking for a Accounting Officer who can help us keep our financial house in order as we grow both our retail and e-commerce businesses.

What You’ll Do:

• Record and reconcile daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Coordinate with external accountant for tax filings and compliance
• Submit tax forms to relevant government agencies
• Help improve financial systems and processes as we scale
• Track inventory costs and assist in COGS calculations
• Monitor payroll records and reimbursements (with HR support)
• Support budget planning and expense tracking across departments
• Organize financial documents for audits and government filings

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting, knowledgable in tax compliances
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Zoho One)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
• Independent, reliable, and trustworthy
• Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is preferred.
