Job Description:

• Diagnose and repair faulty PCB assemblies and finished products down to component level using schematics and test equipment.
• Provide technical support to production teams for process-related issues.
• Support engineering with data collection and analysis for failure trends and yield reports.
• Assist in training production operators on proper handling and basic troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
• Follow all ESD, IPC, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in electronic repair or process support in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading circuit diagrams and using diagnostic tools.
• Skilled in soldering and rework of surface mount and through-hole components.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
