Customer Service: Maintain courteous and professional conduct toward members, customers, and coworkers.
Merchandising and Stock Management:
Apply the Six Rights of Merchandising and Stocking (Right Merchandise, Time, Place, Quantity, Condition, and Price).DDisplay and replenish stocks following FIFO/FEFO principles.
Ensure shelves and display areas are neat, clean, and properly labeled.
Monitor stock levels, report low or overstocked items, and prepare weekly expiry reports.
Store Maintenance: Keep assigned aisles and the selling area clean, organized, and free of clutter.Team Coordination: Attend daily meetings for guidance, observe punctuality, and comply with company policies and Code of Conduct.
Safety and Equipment Care: Maintain cleanliness of display fixtures, pallets, and equipment.
This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina, and the ability to handle tasks in varying temperatures and conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements- College Level/Vocational Course/Senior High/High School Graduate
- Relevant working experience as a stock clerk/inventory clerk preferred
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules,including weekends and holidays
