We are looking for a People Development & Growth Manager who is passionate about helping people succeed—not just in their roles, but in their careers.

This role is focused on supporting early-career professionals as they build confidence, develop strong work habits, and grow into the next stage of their careers. You will work closely with team members on the ground, providing coaching, guidance, and everyday support to help them navigate real work challenges.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 and small group coaching to early-career employees
  • Guide team members in improving communication, ownership, time management, and confidence at work
  • Be a consistent on-site presence—offering real-time, approachable support and coaching
  • Facilitate practical development sessions based on real workplace situations
  • Partner with team leaders to strengthen how they support and develop their teams
  • Help employees understand career progression and what it takes to grow within the company
  • Create a safe, supportive environment where employees feel comfortable asking questions and learning

  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as BPO, agency, or operations is an advantage

Work Setup
