About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at Work Avenue and Business Solutions Incorporated. This full-time position is based in our Cebu City office, where you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Accurately logging and tracking customer interactions to ensure efficient case management
- Providing product information and support to customers, while identifying and addressing their needs
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team members as needed
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing customer needs
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
