Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Schedule and organize interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates
  • Prepare job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Job Posting Management
  • Create and publish compelling job descriptions across various platforms
  • Maintain and update job postings to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Track application metrics and provide regular updates on posting performance
  • Identify new channels and platforms to expand recruitment reach
Candidate Sourcing
  • Proactively search for qualified candidates using various recruitment channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
  • Use recruitment databases, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify talent
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to engage with potential candidates
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
  • Represent the company professionally at all times when engaging with external parties
Administrative
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions
  • Generate reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in Recruitment (In-house, Outsourced, Agency)
  • 2-3 years of experience required
  • Regional/provincial hiring experience (a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
