Job Description

As a Senior Loan Processor, you will manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle for various customer types, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in every step.

Job Overview

Salary: PHP80,000 to PHP100,000

• Senior Loan Processor with 5+ years of Australian mortgage broking experience
• Highly capable of handling high volumes with accuracy and efficiency
• Parabroking experience is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in mortgage loan processing or a similar financial services role
• Strong understanding of loan application procedures, compliance, and documentation requirements
• Must have experience working with Australian mortgage processes or lending practices
• Experience with SalesTrekker and Quickli is highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Request and follow up on documents by contacting customers to gather required items and proactively checking on any outstanding submissions.
• Verify submitted documentation to ensure it is accurate, complete, and compliant with requirements.
• Handle various customer types, including PAYG employees, self-employed individuals, Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs), and Trusts.
• Finalize the Net Servicing Calculator and ensure consistency across all relevant systems such as Quickli, SalesTrekker, and others.
• Complete application compliance notes using internal templates to meet both regulatory and internal standards.
• Prepare and complete the Application for Loan (AOL) accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to collect all necessary signatures on required documents.
• Notify customers once their loan is approved and request any additional documents if needed.
• Ensure customers sign their loan contracts within the required time frame.
• Confirm that all settlements are properly booked and completed on schedule.
