About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MHE Operator - Reach truck to join our team at DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc.' in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in our manufacturing, transport and logistics operations.As an MHE Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reach trucks to move and manage inventory within our warehouse and distribution facilities.
What you'll be doing- Operate reach trucks to move and position pallets, containers and other materials within the warehouse
- Perform daily pre-operation checks and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment usage and movements
- Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Assist with other warehousing and logistics tasks as required
- At least 1 year of experience operating reach trucks or other material handling equipment
- Valid driver's license and MHE certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
