Property Management Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Assistant with experience in lease administration, data entry, and Rent Manager. The ideal candidate will support daily property management operations by maintaining accurate records and assisting with lease-related tasks.

• Prepare, update, and maintain lease agreements and tenant records.
• Perform accurate data entry in Rent Manager.
• Process lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease modifications.
• Maintain organized tenant files and property documentation.
• Update tenant information, rental charges, and lease details in the system.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to property management.
• Coordinate with property managers, tenants, and vendors as needed.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Previous experience in property management or lease administration.
• Hands-on experience with Rent Manager (required).
• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
