Medical Sales Representative
As part of our expansion, we are opening a new office in the Philippines and are seeking a talented Sales Medical Representative to establish a strong presence for our brands in the medical sector.
Key responsibilities and duties
Sales Medical Representative:
- Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals: Identify and hire candidates who align with the company’s values and objectives.
o Present and detail product features and benefits to doctors, dermatologists, and pharmacists.
o Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to maintain visibility.- Present and detail product features and benefits to doctors, dermatologists, and pharmacists.
o Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers and key accounts.
o Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.- Achieve and exceed sales targets:
o Develop strategies to meet assigned sales objectives.
o Regularly monitor performance and adjust approaches as needed.- Organize and participate in medical events and training sessions:
o Host product training for healthcare professionals to enhance product knowledge.
o Support events such as symposiums, hospital meetings, and skin tests.- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence:
o Monitor competitor activities, including product offerings and pricing strategies.
o Provide feedback to management for strategic adjustments.- Support regulatory and compliance activities:
o Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations.
o Assist in the preparation of necessary documentation for product registration.- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams:
o Share field insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
o Collaborate on promotional activities and trade promotions.- Track and report sales performance:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
o Prepare detailed sales reports for management review.- Foster collaboration with teams in Vietnam:
o Work closely with the Vietnamese team to align strategies and share best practices.
o Leverage their expertise to understand market trends and optimize sales approaches.
