Expectations of the Role- Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues or concerns
- Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our products
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within PABAZA (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales area)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market data and trends
