Warehouseman
The Stockman is responsible for receiving, organizing, issuing, and maintaining accurate inventory of materials, tools, and supplies in the warehouse. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the availability and proper handling of items to support service technicians, operations, and project teams.
The position supports the Warehouse and Logistics department in fulfilling the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):

- Inventory Management
- Manage the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of tools, equipment, and materials in accordance with inventory procedures.
- Stock Monitoring
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
- Materials Handling Ensures
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organized storage of all warehouse items to optimize space and retrieval.
- Documentation Maintains
- Maintain complete and updated warehouse documentation, including stock cards, delivery receipts, and pull-out forms.
- Support to Operations
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely material issuance and support delivery scheduling requirements.
- Cleanliness and Safety
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with warehouse safety standards and company housekeeping policies.
- Loss Prevention
- Observe and enforce warehouse security measures to prevent shrinkage, pilferage, and material losses.
- Other Duties
- Perform other related jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior occasionally.
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
Education
Graduate of at least a High School graduate. Completion of a vocational course of Warehouse and Inventory Management NC II, Logistics Services or at least 2 years of college in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience
Minimum 1 year in warehouse or inventory handling (preferred but not required)
