• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Create and publish product listings on online platforms, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Post products, promotional content, and store updates across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the store.
• Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
• Verify product authenticity and handle merchandise with care.
• Stay updated on sneaker releases, brands, sizing, and current market trends.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
• Support in store events, promotions, and product launches.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in creating engaging contents and videos to help grow Collector Finds' online presence.
