Job Summary

The Safety Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety programs on-site to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

The role involves supervising safety practices and coordinating with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.

• · Any College Graduate Degree
• · Willing to be assigned on project sites
• · COSH Certificate
• · with VALID First Aid w/AED from Redcross or any accredited training institution
• · Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• · Strong Attention to detail and good communication skills
• · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• · Having Driver’s License (atleast for motorcycle) is a plus

• · Know how to draft a JHA, HIRAC, DOLE Submittal and IR
• · Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on-site
• · Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
• · Investigate and prepare safety reports, report incident reports, and documentation
• and report accidents, incidents and near-misses
• · Conducts safety training and toolbox meetings for workers
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Management and Management for corrective actions
• · Such other jobs and/or projects as the Company may assign from time to time.
