IT Support Intern (BGC)
About the role
Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. This part-time role will provide you with hands-on experience in the exciting field of IT support, allowing you to contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and assist our employees with their technology needs.
What you'll be doing- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Document and maintain records of all support activities and resolutions
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new IT systems and applications
- Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of IT resources
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with common hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Flexible and able to work well in a team environment
