Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Manager at Jollibee, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of the store. This includes leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting sales and profitability goals, and upholding the brand standards of Jollibee.The role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class fast-food service.
Key Responsibilities:Restaurant Manager:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
Create and manage employee schedules.
Lead by example and foster a positive working environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
Sales and Profitability:
Meet or exceed sales targets and manage operating expenses.
Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Inventory and Cost Control:
Monitor stock levels and manage ordering and receiving of supplies.
Prevent wastage and control food and labor costs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2-3 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial management and cost control.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
