Quality assurance supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of processes, products, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve process efficiency.
• Train and mentor QA staff on best practices, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in the development and review of SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as ISO, GMP, HACCP, or FDA, depending on the industry.
• Report quality metrics to upper management and suggest process improvements.

• Fluent in bilingual language (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge QA processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
