Qualifications:

At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier
Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
