We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, organized, and capable of maintaining efficiency and cleanliness during service hours.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating, mixing, and measuring according to recipe standards
  • Cook menu items using various cooking methods such as grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting, and steaming
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency meet company standards
  • Restock kitchen stations and maintain proper organization of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in all kitchen areas
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and proper storage of ingredients
  • Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and preparation guidelines accurately
  • Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours and high-volume service
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools
Qualifications:
  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
