The Instructional Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and evaluation of
engaging and effective training programs for various client accounts within our BPO operations. This
role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to
rapidly develop content in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, Client Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct thorough training needs analyses, identify performance gaps, and define clear, measurable learning objectives.
- Apply established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile) to design innovative and impactful learning solutions that meet business objectives and cater to diverse learning styles. Including: Instructor Led & Virtual Instructor Led training (Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Presentations), eLearning modules, blended learning programs, job aids, assessments and evaluations.
- Create compelling and accurate training content, including course outlines, storyboards, scripts, activities, scenarios, and assessments. Ensure content is relevant, concise, and aligned with client-specific processes and cultural nuances.
- Utilize a range of authoring tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, LMS platforms) to develop interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
- Effectively extract information from SMEs, translate complex technical and procedural information into easily understandable learning content, and manage review cycles.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and communication of progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all training materials for accuracy, consistency, clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines and instructional design standards.
- Design and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in instructional design, adult learning, and the BPO industry.
- Be agile and responsive to changing client needs, operational demands, and project priorities, often working with tight deadlines.
- Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace.

This extends to being diligent to protect Probe and client data and assets and never sharing passwords, one time passwords (OTP), multi-factor authentication (MFA) with anyone (even colleagues, supervisors or a client), staying alert for suspicious calls, chats or emails asking for account or personal/login information and not clicking on suspicious links.
