Job Description

• Operate and maintain hydraulic axle trailers for transporting wind turbine parts.
• Supervise the safe and efficient transport of wind turbine components.
• Inspect trailers and equipment regularly and perform necessary maintenance.
• Work with transport teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents.
• Quickly fx any issues with equipment or operations
• Train and assist junior technicians in proper procedures.
• Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and operations.

• High school diploma required; technical degree or certifications are a plus
• At least 5 years of experience with hydraulic axle trailers or similar equipment.
• Good understanding of hydraulic axle trailer operations and maintenance.
• Certification in heavy equipment or hydraulic systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills for resolving issues on-site.
• Ability to work in physical outdoor conditions.
• Strong leadership skills to guide junior technicians.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with teams.
• Knowledge of safety and transport regulations for wind turbine parts.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
