Role Summary:

Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving consistent sales performance across assigned stores within a territory. This role focuses on execution excellence, ensuring frontline staff (promoters) perform effectively, store operations run smoothly, promotions are executed correctly, and compliance standards are met.

The TSE acts as the key link between stores, promoters, and internal stakeholders, owning day-to-day performance at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store & Territory Management:
  • Cover and manage multiple stores/malls within an assigned city
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, sales performance, and execution quality
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with store PICs, frontline leaders (FLs), and store staff
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Track daily and weekly store-level sales performance
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions at the store or frontline level
  • Monitor sell-out execution and ensure alignment with sales targets
  • Escalate systemic or recurring issues to Partnership Associate when necessary
  • Frontliner (Promoter) Management
  • Coordinate and manage mobile promoters across assigned stores
  • Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and on-the-job coaching for frontline staff
  • Ensure promoters understand targets, product knowledge, and selling standards
  • Address underperformance through coaching, follow-up, and clear action plans
  • Promotion & Merchandising Execution
  • Ensure all promotions are executed correctly and consistently across stores
  • Monitor promotion compliance, pricing, and in-store visibility
  • Ensure proper POP placement and merchandising standards are followed
  • Take immediate action on execution gaps found during store visits
  • Compliance & Operational Support
  • Ensure store-level compliance with company standards and guidelines
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day store or promoter issues
  • Support store operations and resolve execution-level challenges before escalation
  • Reporting & Data Tracking
  • Prepare routine store and frontline performance reports
  • Track achievement versus target at store and territory level
  • Provide accurate field insights and updates to internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in field sales or retail sales
  • Experience managing promoters or frontline sales staff is highly preferred
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and action-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working with daily targets and performance tracking
  • Able to build effective working relationships with store staff and frontline leaders
  • Clear and firm communicator with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Able to coach, motivate, and guide promoters in the field
  • Strong time management and territory planning skills
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, high-mobility role
  • Results-oriented, resilient, and disciplined
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory
