Senior Finance Officer

This role will supervise accounting staff, handle month-end closing activities, and ensure efficient management of accounts payable, taxation, and audit requirements.

• Must be a graduate of B.S. Accounting.
• Must be a Certified Licensed Accountant.
• With 5–8 years of relevant experience as an Accounting Officer or similar finance role.
• Must have experience managing or handling direct reports/team members.
• Strong experience in:
• Month-end financial reporting
• Accounts Payable
• Taxation, including eFPS filing
• Annual Financial Audit
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.

• Manage and oversee daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and review month-end financial reports and ensure timely submission.
• Handle and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) transactions and processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by preparing and filing through eFPS (Electronic Filing and Payment System).
• Lead and support the company’s annual financial audit, including coordination with external auditors.
• Review financial records, reconciliations, and journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff or direct reports, ensuring team productivity and development.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within finance and accounting functions.
