✔ Perform root cause analysis and improve monitoring processes
✔ Support monitoring platform upgrades and integrations
✔ Collaborate with Infrastructure, NOC, DevOps, and Engineering teams
✔ Document monitoring procedures and best practices

Are you an experienced Monitoring Analyst with expertise in enterprise monitoring tools and IT infrastructure? Join our team and help ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
✔ Configure, maintain, and administer enterprise monitoring tools✔ Monitor infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
✔ Investigate monitoring alerts and coordinate incident resolution
✔ Develop dashboards, alert rules, and monitoring automation
✔ Perform root cause analysis and improve monitoring processes
✔ Support monitoring platform upgrades and integrations
✔ Collaborate with Infrastructure, NOC, DevOps, and Engineering teams
✔ Document monitoring procedures and best practices
✔ Mentor junior Monitoring Analysts
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Monitoring or NOC Operations
- At least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role
- Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms
- Experience with Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments
- Monitoring Tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, BMC)
- Windows Server
