Job Overview

East Lane Corporation is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Specialist

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products to

healthcare providers, building relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires travel within assigned territories to ensure consistent customer engagement

and market penetration.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Product Promotion: Present and detail company products to healthcare
professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing
clients to increase product awareness and sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by executing effective sales
strategies and consistently expanding the client base.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to
identify new sales opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and
market feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Training & Education: Stay updatedonproductknowledge, industry trends, and best

practices to effectively communicate product benefits to clients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (a background in healthcare, pharmacy, or
life sciences is an advantage).
  • Experience:1+yearsinsales, ideally within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a
customer-oriented approach.
  • Travel:Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Driver’sLicense:Avalid driver’s license is preferred.
