Job Summary
The Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of the company by coordinating manpower deployment, monitoring project progress, assisting with payroll and budgeting, and ensuring timely completion of operational and administrative tasks.This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily budget releases and track expenses through liquidation.
- Review and verify Accounts Receivable (AR) documents returned from job sites.
- Process on-call and weekly payroll.
- Assist in preparing client quotations and proposals.
- Support client compliance requirements by preparing and organizing necessary documents.
- Coordinate manpower schedules and deployment for daily operations.
- Assist in dispatching personnel, equipment, and vehicles to project sites.
- Monitor daily job progress and provide hourly operational updates.
- Coordinate with operations, clients, and field personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in operations, logistics, construction, trucking, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work in Pasay City and render overtime when required.
